Dear Ethne Friends:
“You can go ‘in the spirit’ to any nation on earth. You can touch an unreached people while on your knees. Indeed, your secret closet may become the headquarters for a movement of God’s Spirit over an entire nation!” David Wilkerson

IRAQS DEMOCRATIC ELECTION/BAGHDAD PRAYER PATROL & OTHERS
“Unless the LORD watches over the city, the watchmen stand guard in vain.” -Ps 127:1
As you may know, Iraq held it’s second democratic election yesterday, with a turnout of 55-60% which rivals the turnout of U.S. voters. What a wonderful testimony for a young democracy whose citizens must overcome the fear of violence to cast their vote. Fox http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2010/03/07/obama-hails-iraq-vote-important- milestone/e/> news article
On behalf of the Iraqi people, I want to thank you for your investment in prayer through PrayerCentrals Baghdad Prayer Patrol (http://baghdad.prayercentral.net/) that has paved the way for them to overcome violence and begin to elect a government of their own choosing.
Blessed to be patrolling with you, Wayne Dillard www.prayercentral.net
REMEMBER NIGERIA & PAKISTAN AS THEY SUFFER FURTHER VIOLENT CONFLICTS
The evening news showed further attacks in the Jos, Nigeria, area. Please continue to stand with our sisters and brothers there. Pray that God will help those who are true followers of Jesus Christ shine like the stars in the heavens and that there will be a clear division of those who are truly His and those who simply name His name. Pray that this situation which is clearly evil is used by God for the great good of those who desperately need to know Him in Nigeria and Western Africa!
Pray for Pakistan as they reel from further violence. Last night a huge explosion rocked one of the well to do neighborhoods of Lahore killing 11 people. Pray that God will protect those who are His, and give them a clear platform to speak into the situation around them. Pray that God puts His favor upon godly men and women who can boldly testify of Gods love and goodness. Pray for those who have given themselves over to do evil will be stopped and prevented from causing further destruction!
ETHNÊ PRAYER INITIATIVE SEEING BREAKTHROUGHS!
Although we often are not able to give you specifics about new breakthroughs because of security concerns, we have recently had several emails from leaders who have been part of helping prepare a special focus for the prayer timed to coincide with field outreaches among particular groups. They were reporting spectacular, unprecedented breakthroughs which were too new and sensitive to report! God is hearing and He is responding with lavish grace and favor! Dont miss the opportunity to join hands with field workers as they labor in partnership with you as you pray! The share of the man who stayed with the supplies is to be the same as that of him who went down to the battle. All will share alike.” 1 Samuel 30:24 and 10God is not unjust; he will not forget your work and the love you have shown him as you have helped his people and continue to help them. 11We want each of you to show this same diligence to the very end, in order to make your hope sure. 12We do not want you to become lazy, but to imitate those who through faith and patience inherit what has been promised. Hebrews 6:10-12
Thank you for continuing to pray!
